Dr. Stephen Braun
Stephen Braun, D.O., is board certified in Family Medicine, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1996 from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, with a National Health Service Corps Scholarship.
Dr. Braun completed his residency in Family Medicine at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City, New York. During his residency he headed the hospital’s osteopathic clinic and received the Mark Marmora, D.O., Memorial Award for Excellence in Teaching Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. He also received the Resident Teacher Award from the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.
Founder of the Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine Residency Program at Southampton Hospital in Southampton New York, Dr. Braun practices gentle, non-invasive, hands-on treatment of the human body.
